Vulkán Fürdő is a modern thermal bath and aquapark complex located in Celldömölk, Vas County, distinctively themed around the nearby Ság Hill volcano, one of Hungary’s notable volcanic landscapes. Opened in 2005, the bath combines medicinal thermal bathing with wellness and aquapark entertainment.
Its thermal water is drawn from a depth of around 1,000 meters and is used primarily for musculoskeletal and rheumatic complaints. The complex offers indoor and outdoor thermal pools, swimming pools, children’s pools, and a large aquapark area with slides, wave pools, and lazy rivers.
The volcanic theme is reflected throughout the design and educational elements of the bath. In addition to recreational facilities, Vulkán Fürdő also provides medical treatments and wellness services, making it a popular destination for both families and health-focused visitors in western Hungary.
