Aquarius Élményfürdő is a large indoor adventure bath located in the Sóstógyógyfürdő district of Nyíregyháza. Designed primarily for entertainment, it is one of the most significant aquapark-style facilities in eastern Hungary.
The complex features slides, a wave pool, lazy river, and themed children’s areas, making it highly attractive for families and younger visitors. Key attractions include high-speed slides and large interactive water zones.
While it forms part of the wider Sóstó spa area, Aquarius itself is focused on fun and recreation rather than medicinal bathing.
It functions as a dedicated aquapark within a broader tourism cluster that includes thermal baths, a zoo, and outdoor leisure facilities.
